The purpose of this Child Development Associate (CDA) training module is to provide the CDA intern with knowledge of how to collect, organize, and use teaching aids. Objectives are presented along with suggested activities for achieving each objective and an assessment checklist. Also provided is a study guide emphasizing children's profiles, activity card and picture files, object collections, story telling aids, records and tape collections, reference materials and professional literature, and a resource file.
