Carol Ann West's study addresses the "Effects of School Climate and School Social Structure on Student Academic Achievement in Selected Urban Elementary Schools." The last two studies reviewed are "Elementary School Climate: A Revision of the OCDQ" (Organizational Climate Description Questionnaire) by Wayne K.
