This report was written to provide educators with information on their role in dealing with the problem of child sexual abuse. A review of current literature was conducted to give educators accurate child sexual abuse information, and an annotated bibliography of relevant citations from that review is included. Twenty-seven entries are organized into areas of definitions, incidence statistics, identification through victim symptoms, reporting, and prevention. A summary of information obtained from the research and literature review follows the bibliography. An extensive interview with Suzi Hemund, the client services coordinator for the Child Abuse Prevention Services in Elkhart, Indiana is appended. Twenty-seven references are included. (NB)
