This document consists of all of Volume 8 (26 issues) of the journal, "The Hispanic Outlook in Higher Education," a biweekly journal that addresses issues in higher education for Hispanic Americans. Each issue presents several feature articles, a policy update column called "Outlook on Washington", a description of an exemplary program, and a sample student success story.
