This annotated bibliography on the teaching of modern languages is a quarterly product of a German information dissemination system (IFS) similar to ERIC. Citations are compiled in conjunction with the ERIC Clearinghouse on Languages and Linguistics and a number of other institutions around the world. Entries include mostly German, French, English, and Russian titles. The bibliographies are made up of three main sections, including: (1) an alphabetical author/title listing with bibliographic citations and subject index terms; (2) abstracts in German; and (3) a subject index developed from the descriptor terms assigned to each entry. Lists of sources (periodicals, publishers, and institutions) cited, and a cross-reference index are included. (VWL)
