This report on the status of European cable television and videography reviews the results of the 1975 colloquy and recommends policy for experimental research, management, and distribution of these formats for the European community. Pluralistic management, technical reporting, and distribution linkage systems within the community are discussed, while general trends in cable television and current experimentation are reviewed.
