Topics covered include: organizational theory and practice (four approaches to the study of innovation; future responsiveness and needs of the present; and case studies of change in two small liberal arts colleges); students and faculty; external programs at the University of Pittsburgh, the University of New Hampshire, and Lone Mountain College.
