Part C, "Research Tools," contains the following chapters: "Interviewing" (Ted Wragg); "Questionnaires" (Judith Bell); "Observation as a Research Tool" (Janet Moyles); "Analysing Narratives and Documents" (Martin Cortazzi); "Using Diaries in Research" (Marlene Morrison). Part D, "Analysing and Presenting Data," contains the following chapters: "Analysing Quantitative Data" (Anthony Pell and Ken Fogelman); "The Analysis of Qualitative Data" (Rob Watling); "Academic Writing: Process and Presentation" (Ann R.
