Kramer, Erlend D. Peterson, and Clark D. Webb). Section 2, "Strategic Planning and Campus Preparation for Web Applications in Student Services," contains: (4) "Supporting the Education e-volution" (Stephen W. Klenck, Darlene J. Burnett, and Manuel Ramos); and (5) "The 'e' Factor Creating a Strategic Plan" (M. Wayne Childs and Ron Bleed). Section 3, "Web Advising Applications," contains: (6) "Electronic Advising Portfolios: Innovative Applications" (Charles J. Haberle); (7) "Transfer Evaluation" (Michael McCauley); (8) "Advising.edu--Anytime, Anyplace, Anywhere Advising: Academic Support for Students and Faculty" (J.
