These proceedings contain the papers and poster of the 17th International Conference on Mobile Learning (ML 2021) and 8th International Conference on Educational Technologies (ICEduTech 2021), which were organised by the International Association for Development of the Information Society (IADIS). Due to an unprecedented situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, this year the conference was hosted virtually during 3 to 5 March. The 2021 edition comprised a special theme: "COVID-19 Opportunities and Challenges for Teaching and Learning Innovation in a Global Pandemic." The Mobile Learning 2021 Conference seeks to provide a forum for the presentation and discussion of mobile learning research which illustrate developments in the field.
