Thomas Greenfield and the Study of Decision Making.
Stapleton, John J.
Educational Management & Administration, v22 n4 p232-42 Oct 1994
Discusses Greenfield's fourfold contribution to the study of decision making. Greenfield strengthened the legitimacy and respectability of case studies and argued that the individual was the beginning point of organizational analysis. He also fused two polarities in educational administration studies (the social sciences and the humanities) and expanded the domain of educational politics. Individual accountability was paramount for Greenfield. (42 references) (MLH)
