An Alternative Career Education (ACE) teacher at Fox Valley Technical Institute describes their short-term program to help exoffenders and other unemployed people to find meaningful work. Students are taught how to apply for a job and formulate goals. A majority of those enrolled did secure employment and followup help is available if needed.
