The main section of this directory is an alphabetical listing of the 301 colleges and universities with faculty collective bargaining agents, 218 of which have contracts. Each is identified as public or private, two- or four-year, and the bargaining affiliate (e.g. American Association of University Professors, National Education Association) is given along with the expiration date of the most recent contract in the file of the National Center for the Study of Collective Bargaining in Higher Education. Also listed are the 47 four-year and 11 two-year institutions that had "no agent" votes and a list of 17 institutions with nonfaculty contracts in the center's file.
