Comprehensive Planning for Postsecondary Education in South Carolina: Goals, Enrollment Projections, and Institutional Missions.

The report is the first of several that will comprise a comprehensive plan for postsecondary education in South Carolina. It is in part a revision and update of planning guidelines established in 1972. Goals are set forth toward which all efforts are directed, and enrollments are projected through 1985 that reflect a continued but more modest increase in the number of students. Appropriate missions for institutions and sectors are set forth. (MSE)
