This anthology provides a survey of 114 human relations resources in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Wherever possible entries contain a description of the programs and their goals, but since the information listed under each entry was supplied by the organization listed, the absence of an annotation indicates that the organization either did not complete the questionnaire, or provided insufficient information for an adequate general description to be written. The entries are divided among five categories: multi-service organizations, educational programs and services, special services, ethnic service organizations, and community service organizations.
