The collective bargaining agreement between the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Association of Pennsylvania State College and University Faculties (APSCUF; 4,200 members) covering the period July 1, 1981 to June 30, 1984 is presented. Also included for this American Association of University Professors affiliated union is the reopener and contract extension agreement covering the period July 1, 1983 to June 30, 1985.
