There are sections devoted to community control and decentralization in New York City, the due process issue raised by the teacher's union, and anti-semitism and racism. Each section follows the same format--an opening editorial summary followed by pertinent documents and analyses representing various viewpoints. A brief chronology supplies an account of events from September, 1966 to November, 1968. Also included is an article on urban school reform in the 1970's by one of the editors. (NH)
