The evidence is clear and convincing: Investments in quality child care and full-day pre-K more than pay for themselves and are proven strategies for reversing the growing income inequality in New York State, the most extreme in the nation. New York State leaders must build opportunity and stem inequality by expanding investments in quality child care and full-day pre-K.
