Prepared in August of 1969, the master plan for a recreation-education facility is the application of principles established in the prototype study, volume 2 (RC 004 157) of the 4-volume report. The present volume coordinates these principles with the objectives of the State University Agricultural and Technical College at Delhi, New York. Factors having the greatest effects on development of the master plan are examined. The master plan, serving as a fundamental guide in development of the study area, is to be reevaluated and updated to reflect changing attitudes and objectives.
