A New Model for Federal-State-Industry Cooperation: Technology Transfer Lessons from the New Jersey Experience.
Goodman, David
Journal of the Society of Research Administrators, v21 n4 p25-29 Spr 1990
New Jersey is strengthening its high-technology economy by encouraging technology transfer through supporting advanced technology centers, funding academic researchers for technical problems of immediate industry interest and application, and forming other, less-structured alliances. Better interaction between the state's research community and the federal government would strengthen these achievements. (MSE)
