Show Me the Data 2022 Deep Dive: Making Data Meaningful
Data Quality Campaign
States must prioritize ensuring that families can use their state's report card to make decisions for their students. But DQC's "Show Me the Data" review of 2021 state report cards found that these resources were not up to the task of providing families with the information they need. From translations to visualizations, data is most useful when families are able to interpret and understand it. This deep dive examines where states can improve to make report card data easier to understand and use. [For "Show Me the Data 2022 Deep Dive: Postsecondary Pathways," see ED626465.
