This quantitative causal-comparative study discusses the effectiveness of eLearning tools in Higher Educational Institutions (HEI). Technology acceptance by the teaching faculty and administrative staff plays a vital role in implementing an effective education using eLearning platforms in HEI. The topic focuses on the perspective of a faculty and an administrative staff using the Unified Theory Acceptance and Use of Technology model (UTAUT-3) and the Value-based Adoption Model (VAM). The study comprises 84 teaching faculty and 84 administrative staff from the Higher Educational Institutions located in the Northwestern part of the United States and the Southwestern part of India. The results acquired from this study aid the management of HEI in their decision-making process. The analysis concluded that the viewpoint of the administrative staff on the usefulness of the technology in the HEI and the facilities provided impacts the habit of the teaching faculty as well as their innovativeness in the use of the eLearning platforms. There was a substantial similarity between the perception of fees charged for the technology and its value by the teaching faculty and administrative staff. The supplementary findings proved helpful with the focus on the relationship between the administrative staff and the teaching faculty and a comparative analysis between the United States and India. The research helps to teach the values and strategies fostered by the organizational management in both countries. The topic covered has limitations in its scope and widens into the perspectives and outcomes of the stakeholders.
