Findings of two research studies in Illinois indicate that workers and secondary school personnel differ in their opinions on occupational survival skills, the workers reflecting the actual job situation and the school personnel their educational functions. Curriculum implications are made for school administrators, guidance personnel, and teachers. (MF)
