The report, submitted to the Illinois State Library, covers the period July 1, 1973 through June 30, 1974. Included in it are: (1) a list of the board of directors and other representatives of the system, (2) a list of the head librarians at each of the branch libraries, (3) a list of the system staff and the heads of individual system-wide projects, and (4) a narrative of the year's activities including comments on system administration and service growth and activity.
