Hawaii State Dept. of Education, Honolulu.
Intended to test the feasibility of job-sharing in Hawaii's schools, this project was set up to provide job sharing of one hundred teaching positions on a fifty-fifty basis between experienced tenured teachers and new hires. It also contains the forms used in setting up the project, including the following: employee fringe benefits, request for job sharing, proposed job sharing plan, teacher request for job sharing, applicant summary selection sheet, new hire and summer school hire teacher interview assessment sheet, temporary teacher's appointment agreement, and notification of personnel action.
