A stratified sample of 61 state-agency rehabilitation counselors were interviewed using a structured, videotaped interview procedure. Trained judges (N=3) independently rated the 61 counselors on 12 rehabilitation counselor characteristics. Data revealed three significant correlations between the rehabilitation counselor characteristics and the client outcome measures. (Author)
