A former city police chief who is presently the director of the Bureau of Justice Assistance presents the findings of a study on elder abuse. The president of the Florida Crime Prevention Association examines crime prevention activities. An administrator with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission testifies about the targeting of the elderly for crime, an assistant chief postal inspector describes mail order crimes against the elderly, and a consumer affairs official discusses consumer fraud against the elderly.
