Statistics on application and registration patterns of applicants wishing to pursue full-time study in first-year places in the Ontario universities were obtained throughout the admission cycle from the processing of applicants by the Center and from the universities themselves. All application and registration statistics presented refer to full-time places in the 1974-75 fall term in first-year, post-Year 5 programs in the Ontario universities. Covered are: applications, registrations and yield ratios; applicants' choice preferences of universities and programs; regular applicants' educational source; geographic origin of applicant and registrants, applicant's age, sex, citizenship and immigration status; and the status of women applicants.
