This research explored the relationship between alumni donors' worldview characteristics and their motivations for supporting and giving to their "alma mater." The sample consisted of the whole alumni donor population (N = 7000) at Biola University, La Mirada, California. The research was conducted using quantitative method, and investigated 3 research questions: first, the influence of worldview factors on alumni motivations for supporting and giving to the "alma mater"; second, the influence of demographic factors on worldview factors; and third, the influence of demographic factors on alumni motivations for supporting and giving to the "alma mater." The results of this study revealed that, first, worldview factors did influence alumni motivations for supporting and giving to the "alma mater," yet with very weak practical significance; second, demographic factors did influence worldview factors, with marital status and gender factors showing an influence of medium strength on worldview factors; and third, demographic factors did influence alumni motivations for supporting and giving to the "alma mater," but with small or very weak practical significance.
