This article describes an innovation, based on an inquiry-oriented approach to student teacher supervision, in the primary teacher education program at St. George Institute of Education. This approach emphasizes learning to teach rather than evaluation. Third year students acted as supervisors-teachers to first year students engaged in microteaching. (IAH)
