Educational Learning Improvement Design: Methods Teachers Who Teach English Use to Engage Students to Learn in Middle School

Educational learning improvement is an important stage of a student's informative experience and is essential for teachers to provide their students with strategies that motivate them to learn. The overview discussed methods used by teachers who taught English to improve learning in middle school. This exploration in providing incentives could encourage students to work hard and be successful. The study answered what educational learning design middle school English teachers used to engage learners. Further discussing the importance of fostering a positive classroom atmosphere and how teachers could create an optimistic environment. The study examined technology's role in keeping students engaged in learning. Through various methods, teachers could promote an improved educational experience for their students. Teachers can motivate students to improve their English in the best way possible by providing incentives, creating a positive classroom atmosphere, and utilizing technology. The study provided a better understanding of how middle school English teachers could use these educational learning designs to engage learners more effectively. The study aimed to equip middle school educators with strategies to foster an improved learning environment for their students. The research site was middle school English teachers from public schools on Facebook in the United States. The population and sample size included 15 participants. The sample population was made up of both male and female teachers, with varying teaching experience levels and teaching strategies. The analysis process was conducted with a qualitative descriptive research design to broaden the study content. A questionnaire was distributed to a sample of English teachers who taught middle school students, asking about the teaching methods used to engage their students in learning. Questionnaires were proceeded by follow-up Zoom interviews with a smaller sample of teachers, allowing for a more in-depth exploration of the most effective strategies. The data were analyzed using qualitative techniques to identify themes and codes in the collected data. The study used a qualitative descriptive method and design to explore the use of educational learning design for educators who taught English to use for middle schooler learners.
