Investigated the reliability and validity of the Revised Research Edition of the Career Planning Questionnaire, an instrument designed to measure six theoretically different aspects of career maturity. Provided a more definitive criterion measure than those used previously, and addressed the issue of alternate forms reliability for two separate forms of the scale. (Author/KS)
