The purpose of this study was to provide descriptive and comparative data on the views of vocational rehabilitation counselors toward the Judeo-Christian Work Ethic. While counselors endorsed the work ethic both for themselves and for disabled persons, they viewed it somewhat differently for themselves than for disabled persons. (Author/EK)
