Counseling and Consulting: Separate Processes or the Same?

Elementary school counselors (N=88) completed questionnaires designed to examine the theoretical similarities and differences between the counseling and consulting processes. Results found that differences between the two processes are reflections of the differences found among the counselors who use them. Urges further research in this area. (Author/RC)
