The Alcohol and Drug Abuse Intervention and Prevention Program (ADAIPP) is a comprehensive program developed at Central Michigan University in 1984 to reduce alcohol abuse, encourage low risk use of alcohol by those of legal age who consume it, support individuals who do not use alcohol or other drugs, and provide referrals for persons with alcohol and other drug problems. This document contains the 1989-1990 annual report for the ADAIPP. Eight ADAIPP goals are listed and the university's alcohol and other drug educational messages are given. Drug education is briefly reviewed as a national concern.
