This report (1) provides information about the sale of bonds for financing the construction of elementary and secondary school facilities during the 1970 fiscal year; (2) describes the characteristics of public elementary and secondary school primary market bond sales; and (3) provides specific information regarding bond elections for public school purposes, new bond sales, amount of sales, and average net interest cost, with rating and term data as they relate to interest cost.
