Public Black Colleges Face New Pressures.
Jaschik, Scott; Mercer, Joye
Chronicle of Higher Education, v38 n45 pA21-23 Jul 15 1992

In some cases white political leaders are blamed for potential closures of vulnerable institutions. Strategies include recruiting white students and setting new institutional goals. (DB)
