The Teacher Questionnaire was developed in conjunction with the Pennsylvania Plan (see TM 000 608) to evaluate the educational quality of Pennsylvania public schools. The questionnaire was completed by at least three teachers in the sample schools. Questions pertain to biographical data, teachers' attitudes toward teaching as a profession, toward teaching in their particular school, and toward new educational practices. Both multiple-choice and rating scale questions are employed. (PR)
