The activities of professionals working in database distributor/service organizations are listed by function: Database Processing; Customer Support; System Administration; and Planning. The competencies are grouped under the categories of Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes, and three professional levels are dealt with: entry level (0-3 years experience), mid-level (4-9 years experience), and senior level (10 or more years experience).
