Helping new career aspirants to develop the skills and strategies necessary to launch their careers is the purpose of this resource compendium. Skills for the workplace, job search skills, self-assessment, and planning are covered, as well as information about careers and occupations. This "agency version" is intended for use by career counselors and consultants and includes material on career management and career development. This edition contains revised sections on "Self-Assessment,""Career Exploration,""Education and Training," and "Job Search and Career Management.""The Holland Theory" is explained, and a new "Career Key" (L.
