The site both utilizes the design principles and technologies central to the concept of Web 2.0--relentless referencing, cross-referencing, and linking to a wide variety of articles from across the Web; a fluid and often chaotic organization; and an ever-shifting appearance--and presents a seemingly endless stream of articles and information about the trends and practices of Web 2.0. A reader used to static Web pages may be put off at first but, Downes feels, will soon warm to the wealth of information discovered on Master NewMedia and its constantly evolving nature.
