Explores the existence of several group phenomena in a supervision group by using a discovery-oriented research approach for a group of master's-level supervisees (N=4). Results indicate that the supervision group was primarily task-oriented, made a contribution to supervisees' learning, and achieved the affiliation level of group development. (RJM)
