Reports on a survey of union/faculty association heads from 305 2-year colleges regarding the status and effectiveness of posttenure evaluation. Respondents expressed overwhelming support for the need to review tenured faculty but indicated that the effectiveness of current systems was suspect. Includes suggestions for improvement. (DMM)
