This article presents a short dermatological case presentation involving a 7-year-old male who complained of a rash under his neck, and was diagnosed to have Tinea corporis and Impetigo. Health history, physical findings on the subject, and differential diagnosis, such as nummular eczema, pityriasis rosea, tinea corporis, larvae migrans, and Impetigo, are given. It is followed by a discussion of the disease or condition and how the school nurse should handle it. (Contains 2 figures.)
