Environmental Attitudes and Preferences for Energy Resource Options.
Jackson, Edgar L.
Journal of Environmental Education, v17 n1 p23-30 Fall 1985
Examines relationships between aspects of perceptions of energy resource options and attitudes to the environment, technology, and the quality of life. Survey results suggest that preferences for a decentralized soft energy path were stated by students expressing an "ecocentric" worldview while "technocentrists" opted for a high-technology hard energy path.
