A review of current curricula in United States medical schools indicates a continued need for more adequate instruction of clinical nutrition to physicians in training and in practice. A study supported use of the objective structured clinical examination for screening foreign medical graduates (n=67) wishing to enter a preinternship program in at the University of Toronto.
