Items covered in the agreement include: unit recognition, union rights and responsibilities, consultation, rights of members, appointments, assignment of duties, evaluation, promotion, tenure, personnel files, responsibilities of members, retention of nontenured faculty, reserved rights of the college, grievances, arbitration, layoff, individual salary base, merit adjustment, market adjustment, retirement salary, salary with promotion, health and dental insurance, and outside employment.
