This article is the third part of a 10-part series that explores Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). It offers and discusses tips on how to help children with learning differences reach their full potential. These include: (1) start with good nutrition; (2) be sure your child is exercising; (3) make sure your child is getting enough sleep; (4) learn about meditation and mindfulness; (5) teach your child social cues; (6) help your child with homework; (7) help your child with time management: (8) develop useful routines; and (9) plan ahead.
