This aid for students, parents, and guidance counselors offers information in tabular form on tuition and room and board charges, based on data collected during the 1988-89 school year from more than 4,000 public and private colleges and universities. In-state and out-of-state charges for full-time undergraduate and graduate students are given, as are charges for room and board. The guide is divided into two sections: the first section deals with institutions offering programs of at least 2 years' but less than 4 years' duration; the second section lists institutions offering a bachelor's degree or higher.
