This catalogue lists and indexes 2,233 videorecordings, 16mm film, and videodisc titles held by the Library, Manitoba Education and Training for borrowing; some are also available for dubbing. The catalog indexes materials intended for children in kindergarten through grade 6, and is divided into three parts: an annotated title and series index, a subject index, and a multiple title dubbing index. Information on ordering by phone, by mail and in person is provided, as well as instructions on how to contact the library's Media Information Services department for assistance. Procedures for obtaining a dubbing of a video and notes on care and handling of videodiscs are included. The series entries are interspersed throughout the title/series section and refer the user to the appropriate single title entry. The subject index lists specific titles, full descriptions of which appear in the title/series entry section. Title/series entries are listed alphabetically and include the following information: title, producer, media type, annotation, any relevant notes, publication information (when applicable), dubbing availability, audience, dubbing number (when applicable), and call number.
